• Absolutely! I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas, and all services are performed with professionalism, sanitation, and the health of your hair in mind.

  • Extension services that include hair provided by The Satin Studio require a $200 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your appointment, allows custom extensions to be secured and prepared in advance, and is applied toward the total cost of your service.

    All other services may be reserved without a deposit; however, a valid card is required to secure your appointment. This allows Satin Studio to uphold scheduling policies and provide an exceptional experience for every guest.

    Please refer to the Cancellation Policy section within the FAQs for additional information regarding appointment changes, late cancellations, no-shows, and applicable fees.

  • Appointments must be booked online through the booking link. This allows you to view availability and select the service the best fits your needs.

  • Yes. A consultation is required for all color services and select treatments to ensure your service is fully customized and aligned with your hair goals. During booking, the appointment description will specify whether a consultation is required prior to scheduling your service.

  • To ensure each guest receives a seamless and fully dedicated experience, same day appointments and same day add-on services are unavailable. Please select all desired services at the time of booking to allow adequate time to be reserved for your appointment.

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $50 fee to help protect the time reserved for your appointment.

    For extension services requiring a $200 deposit, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full deposit refund. Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of the cancellation request and returned to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    For late cancellations and no-shows, the card provided at booking will be charged a $50 fee. If a $200 deposit was previously paid for an extension service, the $50 fee will be deducted from the deposit and a $150 refund will be initiated within 24 hours to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    Please be advised that guests who no-show for an appointment may not be eligible to book future appointments with The Satin Studio.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to preserve the experience and scheduling of all guests. If there is not enough remaining time to complete your service, I will happily offer the next available appointment to reschedule you. In this case, the $50 late cancellation/no show fee will be waived if a new appointment is booked. If you choose not to reschedule, the $50 fee will apply.

  • To maintain a calm luxury experience, no additional guests or children are permitted unless they are being serviced.

  • All services include a shampoo, blow dry, and styling unless otherwise stated. I recommend arriving with your hair in a manageable state, free from excessive tangling. If detangling cannot be completed within your scheduled service time, your service may need to be rebooked for a later date and possibly booked for a longer session.

  • Hair is not included in the base price of extension services unless otherwise stated. Luxury extensions are available as an add-on during booking.

    Hair add-ons are exclusively available for clients booking The Luxury Sew-In service at this time.

  • Yes. After your service, you will receive recommendations to help maintain your results and support the overall health of your hair.

  • To maintain a private, personalized studio experience, the exact address will be shared in your confirmation email once your appointment is booked. Please be sure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Each service is thoughtfully customized and reserved specifically for you, therefore refunds are not offered. However, your satisfaction is always important to Satin Studio. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please reach out within 48 hours so they can be reviewed and properly addressed.
