Appointments must be booked online through the booking link. This allows you to view availability and select the service the best fits your needs.

Yes. A consultation is required for all color services and select treatments to ensure your service is fully customized and aligned with your hair goals.

Same day appointments and add on services may be available; however, they are not guaranteed and are offered on a first come first-come, first-served basis. To ensure your full experience, I recommend booking all services in advance.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation may result in a fee on select services.

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to maintain the experience for all clients.

To maintain a calm luxury experience, no additional guests or children are permitted unless they are being serviced.

All services include a shampoo, blow dry, and styling unless otherwise stated. I recommend arriving with your hair in a manageable state, free from excessive tangling. If detangling cannot be completed within your scheduled service time, your service may need to be rebooked for a later date and possibly booked for a longer session.
